All orders will ship approximately 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment and will receive confirmation via email once completed. Our shipping department will notify via email once item ships.

KjB laptop bags come with a 45 day guarantee. Up until 45 days of the date of the bag arrival, KjBbags will exchange any defective bag only for another bag of equal or greater original retail value in the case of manufacturer defects. Once KjB receives the returned bag (within 45 days), expect approximately 2-3 weeks for us to examine, process, and determine if the damage is a manufacturer defect or normal wear and tear. Once this is authorized, KjBbags will contact you regarding the exchange. KjBbags will refund shipping costs paid for in advance for the returned bag. This applies to both domestic and international orders. When returning, please include the
original invoice and any updated emails or phone numbers where you may be reached.

Up until 15 days of the date of the bag arrival, KjBbags will refund 100% for any reason, (unless it is an error on our part, then customer will be responsible for shipping charges). This also applies to domestic or international orders. Once the bag is received by KjBbags, expect 2-3 weeks for processing.
If a particular bag is a closeout, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. One Exception: If the bag is received in poor manufacturer condition or there has been an error on our part and we are notified within 2 days of the bag arrival, we will refund 100% including shipping charges. We must be notified within 2 days or we will consider it to be a return.
On Cancellations: orders may be canceled or changed up until shipment. After shipment, KjBbags will treat it as a return and shipping and all other associated costs will be deducted from the refund.
